Do answers use my real inventory?
Yes. The system searches products you've synced and instructs the AI to answer only from that data.
Does it work with variable products (sizes, colors)?
Yes. Attributes, categories, tags, price, and stock sync with your WooCommerce catalog.
Will it make up products or prices?
It is designed not to. If nothing matches, it should tell the shopper rather than invent SKUs.
Where is data processed?
Product data and embeddings are stored on SearchZenticsAI infrastructure; AI requests use configured providers (e.g. OpenAI). Share your privacy policy and OpenAI subprocessor disclosure with merchants.
Can I customize the widget?
Title and placeholder text are configurable in wp-admin today; deeper styling is on the roadmap.
What about order or customer PII?
Order sync is optional and anonymised for trends — not full customer records in chat context.
What if I hit my monthly limit?
The API returns a clear limit message; upgrade your plan or contact support to adjust limits.
Do I need a developer?
Most merchants install the plugin, enter a license, sync, and add the shortcode without code changes.
